Installation

Stripped run illustrating the beginnings of rot to the roof timbers. The customer called Stead Lane just in time! Also, notice the roof felt in need of repair? This is replaced whenever damaged felt is seen.

A stripped run ready for new timbers

Once the run is stripped, a line band is used to re-timber the whole of the roofline. This example shows a lower level canopy stripped with new timbers.

Runs

Completed run showing the Niagara gutter profile and the Ogee fascia. We think these profiles really stand out compared to other, cheaper materials and we fit both as STANDARD!!

Same completed run as opposite but from a more elevated position. You can now see the Eavesguard which is used as a felt repairer and protector. It also has the 3" lip that drops in to the gutter to stop water running down the fascia.
